Store Credit Policy

Most returns at GameBros are issued as store credit. Store credit may be used on any item available through the GameBros website or store and does not expire.

Return Eligibility
Products may be returned if they are brought back in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories if applicable.

Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be issued in the form of a GameBros gift card. Gift cards can be used for future purchases on the GameBros website or in-store.

To qualify for store credit or a refund issued to a gift card:

• The item must be returned in its original condition

• The item must be undamaged and complete

• Proof of purchase may be required
