GameBros Return & Exchange Policy
At GameBros, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read the following policy carefully before making your purchase.
Return Period
Unless otherwise specified below, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.
A valid original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
Store Credit
Approved returns are generally issued as GameBros Store Credit.
Store credit:

Never expires unless required by applicable law.

May be used toward any product sold by GameBros.

Cannot be redeemed for cash.
New Electronics
New electronic products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify:

The item must be returned in like-new condition.

All original packaging, manuals, cables, accessories, and included components must be returned.

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only unless otherwise required by law.
Used Electronics
Used electronic products may be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of purchase only if they fail our in-store functionality testing.
All returned used electronics will be inspected and tested by GameBros before any exchange or store credit is approved.
Products that pass our functionality testing are considered to be operating as intended and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Disc Exchange Policy
Defective game discs will first be professionally inspected and resurfaced whenever possible.
If resurfacing successfully restores the disc, the original disc will be returned to the customer.
If the disc cannot be repaired:

A replacement copy will be provided if available.

If a replacement is unavailable, GameBros may issue store credit at its discretion.
Online Orders
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The incorrect item was shipped.

The item arrived damaged.

The item is confirmed to be defective upon arrival.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The item must be returned within the applicable return period.

Original proof of purchase must be provided.

The item must be in the same condition as sold.

All original packaging, manuals, accessories, inserts, and components must be included where applicable.

The item must not show signs of misuse, abuse, accidental damage, modification, or unauthorized repair.
GameBros reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise before approving any return or exchange.
Final Sale Items
Unless otherwise required by law, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Gift cards

Trading cards and trading card products

Clearance or liquidation merchandise

Items sold "As-Is"

Opened new games or software (unless defective)

Digital download codes, prepaid cards, and digital content

Earphones, earbuds, headsets, and other non-reusable personal-use items for hygiene and safety reasons

Batteries and other consumable or single-use products

Special-order or custom-order items
Console & Hardware Warranty
Consoles, controllers, accessories, and other hardware that become defective within the applicable return period may qualify for exchange or store credit subject to inspection.
Products damaged through misuse, abuse, liquid damage, physical damage, modification, or unauthorized repair are not eligible.
Manufacturer warranties may apply after the GameBros return period has expired.
Repair Services
All repair services performed by GameBros are final sale.
While every effort is made to successfully diagnose and repair customer devices, repairs are never guaranteed. Certain issues may be impossible to diagnose, repair, or permanently resolve due to prior damage, manufacturer defects, unavailable parts, or other circumstances beyond our control.
GameBros is not responsible for existing damage, hidden defects, or failures unrelated to the repair performed.
Refused Returns
GameBros reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if:

Proof of purchase cannot be provided.

The item has been altered, damaged, or modified.

The return does not comply with this policy.

Fraudulent or abusive return activity is suspected.
